These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by CBNIT Services ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("Client", "you"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Payments and Billing
- All services are billed in advance unless otherwise specified.
- Recurring services are billed automatically.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Support Services
- Standard support is included during business hours (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 SAST, excluding public holidays).
- After-hours support may incur additional charges.
- If no fault is found on our systems, or the issue is caused by client equipment, firewall, PBX configuration, internet connection, or user changes, a support fee may be charged.
- Support charges may be added directly to the client’s account.
3. Local VoIP Packages (South Africa Only)
- Local packages are strictly limited to South African landline and mobile numbers.
- International calls are excluded.
- Premium, satellite, and special service numbers are excluded.
- International bypass or SIM boxing is strictly prohibited.
- Unrestricted calling requires a prepaid VoIP account.
4. Prepaid VoIP Accounts
- Operate on a pay-as-you-go basis.
- Billed per second at applicable rates.
- International calling allowed if sufficient credit exists.
- All usage is billable.
5. Account Security
- Clients are responsible for securing their passwords, PBX systems, and devices.
- CBNIT Services is not liable for losses due to hacking or unauthorized access.
- All usage generated from the client account is considered valid.
6. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Use
- SIM boxing, call bypass, and fraud are strictly prohibited.
- Abuse or suspicious activity may result in immediate suspension.
- No refunds will be issued for fraud-related termination.
7. Service Availability
- Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for outages beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be submitted via the client dashboard.
- One calendar month notice is required for recurring services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
